COVID-19 Messaging Strategy

A COVID-19 messaging strategy is critical. Business will continue on, but our lives are being changed by the day. If we ignore that fact and continue, business as usual, our messaging comes across as insensitive and out of touch with what’s really happening in the world. That doesn’t mean we have to focus on the negative, but it does mean we need to address the situation.
